Property Invasion Controlled in Erie County PA

We control property invasion throughout Northwest Pennsylvania, including Erie County.  The next three captioned pictures are funny to see, not so funny when you actually encounter one.  Or maybe you see a night-time animal stumbling around during the day.  Or a big hole in what you thought was your private garden.  Bats in the Belfry - poetic.  Not poetic flying around your bedroom, office or warehouse.  A cute squirrel gathering nuts for the winter and storing them in your attic?  Our habitat is generally bigger, safer, warmer, and more bountiful than anything in nature.  If animals can get into and use what we provide - they will.  We control the invasion!

Large Brown Bat

This "little" guy bears his teeth and snarls at being captured inside a bedroom.  Don't get too close, a bite or scratch could mean a painful series of rabies shots.  Better leave it to the professionals

Wildlife Preventative Services for Northwest Pennsylvania

Preventative Services in Venango County PA

Preventative Services are Structural Sealing and Structural Exclusion.
Picture
Structural Sealing is simple to state, perhaps less so to implement.  Holes around chimneys, exhaust pipes and even doors, windows and ski lights can allow intruders access.  Our inspection finds ALL the entry points.  Why is this important?  We may point out pathways for other intruders that aren't part of the immediate problem, not to increase our quote, but to fully inform you.

 CALL NOW!
(814) 451-0911
Picture
Structural Exclusions may seem a lot like Structural Sealing but it is not.  For example, we can install one-way doors that allow bats to exit in the evening and be unable to return in the morning, thus effectively excluding them from the property.  In this case we close the barn door after the horse leaves so the horse will live somewhere else.

Meet Venango County

Venango County is a county located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census, the population was 54,984. Its county seat is Franklin. The county was created in 1800 and later organized in 1805. Venango County comprises the Oil City, PA Micropolitan Statistical Area. Per the 2020 census there are about the same number of females and males, persons over 65 represent 23%, 86% of the households have a computer 57% of the population is working and of these 52% are female.  There are 81.5 people per square mile.  Per the Game Commission: All northeastern bats eat insects and take their prey on the wing. Bats use their mouths to scoop small insects out of the air. Larger insects are often disabled with a quick bite and then carried to the ground or to a perch for eating. If an insect takes last-second evasive action, a bat can flick out a wing to nab the insect and draw it into its mouth. This maneuverability makes bats very efficient insect predators: A bat may consume nearly 50 percent of its body weight in insects in a single night! Individual bats occasionally enter houses, most often during summer evenings in mid-July and August. These wayward bats are usually pups that are just beginning to fly. Most bats in the Northeast roost in secluded locations away from humans, but two species, the little brown bat and the big brown bat, often attract attention because they repeatedly roost in buildings. These bats once roosted in hollow trees, but adapted to roosting in human structures after early settlers eliminated large expanses of forests. These 'house bats' situate their roosts in hot attics, which act as incubators for the growing pups.
We service these cities and the surrounding  areas:

Meet Warren County

Picture
Warren County is a county located in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census, the population was 41,815. Its county seat is Warren.  Per the 2020 census there are about less females than males, persons over 65 represent 23.5%, 86% of the households have a computer 58% of the population is working and of these 54% are female.  There are 47.3 people per square mile.  Per the Game Commission: The Eastern coyote is much larger than its western counterpart. Adult males in Pennsylvania weigh 45 to 55 pounds. Females are smaller, weighing 35 to 40 pounds. Total body lengths of eastern coyotes range from 48 to 60 inches.  Predation on sheep, chickens, ducks, goats and domestic rabbits does occur, but at a low rate. However, depredation can be significant in localized areas or at certain farms. Coyotes are found throughout Pennsylvania, but are most common in the northern half. Mortality from hunting and trapping approaches 60 percent for young coyotes, and only 15 percent for adults.
Coyote populations throughout North America have continued to expand, despite man's attempt to control them. If there's one thing we have learned about this intriguing animal, it's that the coyote, not man, controls the coyote's destiny.

***** We had to make an emergency out-of-town trip for an extended period of time.  To our horror, on our return our house was trashed.  It looked as if burglars threw a frat party during Mardi Gra in a petting barn.  Everything that wasn't nailed down was on the floor, all our food that wasn't half eaten was on the floor, all our cupboards were open and piles of fecal material were everywhere.  Several circuits simply quit working.  Our first call, unfortunately, was to a man who came up on our Google Search, he had a cute truck with little animals painted on the side.  He told us to clean everything up first and he might be able to place a trap or so outside.  HUMPH!  Next we called Paul.  He came right over, and told us to find housing somewhere else, as we had to move out until he caught all the intruders.  He immediately set traps and cameras.  9 Raccoons later from inside our home and we are raccoon free.  All house holes are sealed and the raccoons are excluded.  Paul is the BEST!
